Automobile versus Automobile Settlements and Verdicts

• $2.5 million settlement for a young child who lost her mother in a car accident caused by a ladder falling from a construction vehicle.

• CA public school employee, offered nothing in settlement, recovers $2 million

• $1.25 million settlement for a medical assistant who was involved in a rear end automobile accident. The insurance company in this matter took a very hard line because the impact was indisputably minimal, i.e. 10 mph. Attorney Robert Allard was able to establish that the plaintiff was unusually susceptible to injury which explained why she sustained a herniated disc in her neck with required a surgical course as a result of this accident.
